== Overview ==
The '''1996 Audi Avant RS2''' is a German performance station wagon that was added to ''Driving Empire'' on May 31, 2024, as part of the ''Audi Licensing Update.'' It can be purchased by players as part of the Audi Pack for 800 ROBUX.

Manufactured from 1994 to 1995, the '''Audi Avant RS2''' was a joint effort between Audi and Porsche to create a high-performing variant of the Audi 80 Avant. A modified turbocharged five-cylinder petrol engine was fitted in the car and could put out 311 horsepower at 6500 RPM. A 6-speed manual was also equipped. The performance enhancements made to its engines made the '''Avant RS2''' capable of reaching 60 MPH from a standstill in only 4.8 seconds, a time impressive to even current standards. Its top speed of 163 MPH was electronically limited. Porsche fitted their own braking and suspension into the '''Avant RS2''', in place of Audi's systems. The interior also received wood or carbon fiber trim parts, and sport bucket seats by Recaro. High demand of the car meant that more than the original plan of 2200 cars were built.

The '''Audi Avant RS2''' was first announced on May 28, 2024, as a sneak peek. When it was announced, the game was updated to display the '''Avant RS2''' on a special stand, where it remained for around a day until it was replaced by the [[Audi TT RS Coupé (2022)|2022 Audi TT RS Coupé]], as it was part of the next sneak peek.

On May 31, 2024, the '''Avant RS2''' was part of the Audi Licensing Update and was revealed to be part of a two-car carpack costing 800 ROBUX, named the "Audi Pack".
