Overview[]
The 2021 Halloween Event lasted around 3 weeks and began in November. It was similar to its predecessor, where players could collect Pumpkins that fell from the sky. However, unlike the previous year's event, there was more than one source of Pumpkin income. As well as collecting Pumpkins from the sky, players could also complete challenges for extra Pumpkins. These challenges included:
- Devious Lick - Buy a vehicle from any dealership.
- Dreadful Drag - Lose a drag race.
- Evil Economy - Sell a vehicle.
- Ghostly Goal - Place top 3 in any race.
- Headless Horseman - Gain a certain amount of Pumpkins (not to be confused with Pumpkin Patch).
- Magic Money - Gain a certain amount of money by driving.
- Monster Miles - Drive a certain amount of miles.
- Pumpkin Patch - Collect a certain amount of Pumpkins from the map (not to be confused with Headless Horseman).
- Wicked Win - Win any race.
As with the previous year, there were three different types of pumpkins that fall from the sky, although they had been altered. The three types were:
- Regular, orange Pumpkins, which gave 20 Pumpkins,
- Purple Pumpkins, which gave 45 Pumpkins, and
- White Pumpkins, which gave 45-95 Pumpkins.
Another new addition in this event was the leaderboards. There were two leaderboards added specifically for this event, one for total Pumpkins obtained, and one for the most Challenges completed.
In total, six vehicles were obtainable during this event, five of which were obtainable via Pumpkins. The other vehicle, the 2022 JB Valkyr (2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie) was given to players who reached top 50 in either of the two leaderboards.
There was also a spoiler called "Pumpkin Patch" awarded for collecting 200 Pumpkins.
