This article is about the base model of the Ferrari F40. You may be looking for the F40 Competizione.

Overview

The 1989 Cavallo F42 (formerly known as the Cavallo T45, Ferrarti F42) is an Italian supercar in Driving Empire that was added to the game on November 8, 2019 during the Wayfort Era. Since its release, players can purchase this for $1,425,995.

The vehicle is based on the Ferrari F40, a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive sports car engineered by Nicola Materazzi with styling by Pininfarina. It was manufactured from 1987 to 1992, with the LM and GTE racing car variants being manufactured until 1994 and 1996, respectively. It was designed to commemorate Ferrari's 40th anniversary and was the last Ferrari automobile personally approved by Enzo Ferrari. It was also the successor of the 288 GTO (also engineered by Materazzi) and was regarded as Ferrari's fastest, most powerful, and most expensive automobile for sale at the time.

Performance

In terms of its performance, the F40 is bad in pretty much every category; top speed, acceleration, handling, and braking. It's performance is also regarded as one of the worst cars to be used on pretty much every race. Overall, you're better off treating this vehicle as a collector’s item if you buy it or saving up for a more powerful and superior grinding vehicle.
