Collections are a system that was added to Driving Empire on August 9, 2024. A unique way to obtain new vehicles, Collections embrace licensed brands to offer special licensed cars and other bonuses.
Overview[]
The introduction of the Collections system allows the purchases of specific licensed vehicles as a means of progressing to other licensed "Collection Cars" and driving cash bonuses. Specific on-sale licensed vehicles are selected to be part of Collections based on things such as its model or price.
A reward for a specific Collection can only be claimed once all required vehicles are purchased and owned at the same time. Choosing to claim the reward will provide a warning, indicating that choosing to claim a Collection reward will make the required vehicles for the Collection to become unsellable. For example, claiming the reward from the "Apollo Starters I" Collection will prevent the player from ever selling the two required vehicle again.
Some cars may be involved in more than one Collection. Even if the reward from Collection is claimed, that car cannot be sold. Additionally, any of the "Collection Cars," or cars obtained exclusively from completing a Collection cannot be sold.
Collection cars that are unowned have a green colored title instead of a price tag in the dealership. This changes to the "Owned" status upon being claimed.
