This is a prototype sports car that was developed by Devel Motors in the United Arab Emirates that was first unveiled at the Dubai International Motor Show in 2017. It features a 81 mm Quad-Turbo 12.3 Liter V16 engine that generates 5007 Horsepower and 3757 lb-ft of torque. The company has claimed this to be the fastest car in the world with a 0-60 time of 1.8 seconds, an alleged top speed of 348 mph (560 km/h) and a price tag of $1.7 million.

In terms of its performance, the Devel Sixteen has one of the best top speed and acceleration stats in the game, making it one of the fastest cars to be used on Drag and Highway Race. However, due to its handling and braking holds it back when used on other races and its hefty price tag of $12,000,000, you treat this car as a collector's item.

- There is no clear indication on whether the engine in the back is the engine with the power output of 5,000 HP.
- The car in-game features a price tag of $12,000,000, which is beyond the real-life price tag of $1.7 million that was originally intended by the company. Though, this might have been intended by Voldex to assure that this wouldn't break the current meta in-game.
- If the in-game car was released with its current stats and its real-life price tag of $1.7 million, this would've completely severed the current meta in Driving Empire.
