Overview
Gamepasses are products that give players extra and exclusive benefits in Driving Empire. They can either be purchased directly off the game's store tab on the Roblox website or in-game from the Shop buttons found on the main menu or located on the bottom left corner of the player's screen. Currently, there are a total of eight gamepasses that are available to purchase.
Passes
Overview
The 2x Presents Boost Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs
299. It was added as an exclusive gamepass that gave the player twice the amount of presents they received either from delivering presents, winning in Slippery Circuit, or for every mile they drive in the Winter 2022 Event. In light of the event's departure, the gamepass was eventually removed from the game's store tab on January 6, 2023.
Overview
The Bus Access Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs 25. As said, it gives the player access toward spawning the School Bus.
In the gamepass shop description in-game, it was claimed to be a speedy bus. However, this isn't the case since it has a lackluster performance overall. It's more of a cool vehicle meant for roleplaying with other players.

Overview
The Car Radio Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs 15. However, unlike most of the gamepasses that provide a gameplay advantage, this is purely meant for entertainment purposes.
This allows the player to input any audio ID from Roblox’s Library into the vehicle radio with the ability to change the volume or pitch of the audio. Once the player has inputted a Roblox audio it will be saved into the audio history, so that whenever the player rejoins another server, they can simply play the audio without having the trouble to input the same audio ID.
On July 9, 2022, the car radio GUI was updated in regards of the Roblox Audio Update that was put into effect on March 22, 2022. Players are still able to input the audio IDs in a separate radio station, but only public audios that Roblox has provided in the Roblox Creator Marketplace. Any player who inputs the ID of a private audio will not play inside the game. As of now, there's only one radio station, which is the Monstercat radio playlist featuring seven songs from Monstercat. The game is planned to have more radio playlists in the future. Unlike the Custom Audio IDs, players cannot change the pitch on any of the radio playlists provided.

Overview
The Free Bail Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs 8. As previously stated, it allows the player to bail out of the Police Station without having to pay a specific fee.

Overview
The Mobile Customization Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs 50. It gives the player the ability to click a button in their vehicle to open up the garage GUI and Customize anywhere around the map instead of having to go to the garage at the Cars & Motorcycles Dealership or Customization Garage.

The Police Job Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs 35. It gives the player the ability to join the the Police Team.
Once they've joined, the player will immediately be given the same weapons from the Criminal Team (e.g. Pistol and Rifle) and tools (e.g. Radar Gun and Handcuffs). The radar gun is used to track how fast a player vehicle's speed is going, while the handcuffs is used to arrest players with bounty. The gamepass also gives the player an exclusive police car to spawn and drive around in. Lastly, the gamepass will give the player access to the Police Mode option in the appearance section of customization on any of the vehicles the player owns. Do note that the player has to pay $10,000 to equip Police Mode.

The Premium Boost Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs 125. It was added to Driving Empire on February 20, 2021, in respect of the addition of boost. It gives the player the ability to equip premium boost for free on any of their owned vehicles.

The Track Cars Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs 125. It was added to Wayfort on May 20, 2020, along with the VIP gamepass. This gives the player access toward buying any of the featured vehicles in the Track Cars Gamepass inside the Cars & Motorcycles Dealership. Despite having them unlocked, the player will still have to purchase the car with in-game currency.

Overview
The VIP Gamepass is a gamepass inside of Driving Empire that costs 500. It was added to Wayfort on May 20, 2020, along with the Track Cars Gamepass. It gives the player several perks such as access to the free supercar, the 2018 Vision Emotion, 50% more cash while driving, 10% more cash after selling vehicles, and a VIP exclusive chat tag.

- The Police Job, Bus Access, Car Radio, Mobile Customization, and Free Bail were one of the first gamepasses to be featured in the Wayfort era. As of now, they are the only gamepasses from this era that can be purchased.
- Other gamepasses from this era, such as the Vehicle Expansion Pack and Electric Car Access were put off sale on November 3, 2019.
- There were other gamepasses from this era, such as the House Access and Firefighter Gamepass, but these in particular were taken off a couple of days later after the creation date for the reason of being unused.
- The most recent gamepass that Driving Empire has ever added was the 2X Presents Boost Gamepass, however, this was only put on sale during the Winter 2022 Event.
- That said, the most recently added gamepass that is currently on sale is the Premium Boost Gamepass.
- The songs played in the Monstercat Playlist for the Car Radio Gamepass are the same songs played whenever the player enters a dealership.
- Police Job, School Bus Access, and VIP are currently the only gamepasses that give you a free vehicle without having to purchase it at the dealership.
- Mobile Customization is the first gamepass to be available for purchase with in-game currency.
