Overview[]

The 1998 Holiday Sigma was a Japanese sports car that was added to Driving Empire on September 16, 2022. It costs $43,895 to purchase, making it a relatively easy car to buy.

The vehicle was based on a 1997 Honda Ek9 which in turn was based on a sixth generation Honda Civic. The contributing base model used for the EK9 was a JDM Civic 3-door hatchback called the SiR (code-named as the EK4). The EK9 was the first Civic to receive the "Type R" badge that was introduced on August 19, 1997. It shared many characteristics with the Honda Integra such as a omission of sound deadening and other weight reduction measures, a hand-ported B16B engine, front helical limited-slip differential and a close-ratio transmission.

Performance[]

In-game, it was one of the worst on both Drag and Highway and one of the SLOWEST on both Circuit and Cross Country. It was also easy to use due to its average handling and brakes and below-average acceleration and top speed.

It should have been bought as a collector's car later on.
