Overview[]

The Houses Dealership (also referred as the House or Home Dealership) is a major building and location that was added to the Driving Empire map on March 31, 2023. Similar to the vehicle dealerships currently in the game, this is used to open up the Blueprint Shop UI to purchase homes, which can be done by stepping on the blue pad.

The building can be found between the Ridgeline Pier and Restin Hotel on Shasta Street. The appearance of it should have beige concrete and black brick walls, large glass windows, and most notably the Sunset Housing logo located in front of the building. Either way, players have the option to teleport to the location without having to drive there.

Based on its appearance, it's one of the many buildings to be given a modern and detailed interior, with most of the details coming from the homes that the player can find in the home they buy. The building's interior mostly consists of small lounge areas, many realistic photos of houses on the walls, and modern white lighting. In some of the lounge areas, the player can find small-scale sized models of the houses that the player can buy from the Blueprint Shop. One of the most notable details is a down-scaled version of the neighborhood that can be found in the center of the building. The building also feature a staircase that leads to the balcony of the building.

Trivia[]

  • This is the fourth dealership building to be added within the Driving Empire map.
    • Though, unlike the vehicle dealerships that open with their own UI design by stepping on the pad, this just opens up the Blueprint Shop UI, which can also be found by opening the Housing UI.
      • It should also be noted that while the vehicle dealership pads are green, the pad in the Houses dealership is colored in blue to signify its variance.
    • Another thing to note is that the dealership doesn't feature an NPC of any renowned developers.
  • In the lounge area that features the signboards, there is a placeholder image of a home icon with text saying "Coming Soon" that hasn't been replaced with any of the new home releases.
    • All the images of the homes featured on the signboards were taken from Roblox Studio based on the lighting.
  • On some of the tables in the lounges, there are three types of magazine covers.
    • One is a Driving Empire magazine cover that is about taking care of your car with quotes in front such as "All you want to know about cars", "New cars everyday", and "Best game in history".
    • The second is a Homes magazine cover that is obviously about looking for home's designs.
    • The third magazine features a cover of a girl with the title "Cloth", which is obviously about fashion.
  • The chandelier of the building is the same one that can be found in the Stonehurst Villa home.
  • The connection of the concrete sidewalk between the road and building isn't lined up with the entrance.
  • At the front entrance of the building, the door is a sized larger than the average Roblox character.
  • Unfortunately, the scaled-down version of the neighborhood does not feature the island that is technically part of the neighborhood.
