Not to be confused with the KTM X-BOW GT4 Evo (2019) or KTM X-BOW GT (2013).
Overview[]
The 2020 KTM X-BOW GTX is an Austrian race car that was added to Driving Empire on July 13, 2024, as part of the KTM Licensing Update. It can be purchased by players for $370,000.
In-Game Information[]
The KTM X-BOW GTX unofficially began life as a one-off model that was added to Driving Empire on August 11, 2013. Originally named the 2025 NWP A-Knot, the car was known for its low top speed but relatively strong handling. At some point in its lifespan, it was renamed to the Virel TQ, where it continued to be in the game.
On July 10, 2024, the Virel TQ was delisted, likely to prepare for official KTM licensed vehicles. Two days later, on the day of the official KTM Licensing Update, the vehicle was removed entirely. However, players who owned the Virel TQ were given the new KTM X-BOW GTX as a free replacement. The X-BOW GTX was the most expensive vehicle of the update.

Trivia[]
- The X-BOW GTX is tied with the KTM X-BOW GT4 Evo for the second licensed cars to have canopy doors, with the first being the McLaren Solus GT (2023).
- Due to the $250,000 base value of the original one-off model, players technically could have made money off of the licensing, as the replaced, licensed model has a base value that is $120,000 higher.
