Overview
The 2017 Koenigsegg Agera RS is a Swedish megacar in Driving Empire that was added to the game sometime during the Wayfort Era. When it was first released, it had a price tag of $2,800,000.
From December 2020 to December 2021, the Koenigsegg Agera RS (called the Keoniegg Area RS at the time), along with many cars, had a handling issue that caused cars to not turn while going at 300+ mph. However, after the map revamp of December 2021, this issue was fixed and made the Agera RS one of the fastest cars in the game.
On April 2, 2022, the vehicle got a remesh along with refreshed performance stats and a new price tag of $3,260,750. The new model also was given an openable hood and front trunk.
On February 28, 2023, this car, along with the whole brand of Helix, was delisted/hidden from the dealership due to the Premium Crates drama. Players could sell the car, but it was no longer obtainable.
On October 29, 2024, the whole brand of Helix was completely removed from the game. Players who owned the Koenigsegg Agera RS were refunded 100% of the original price.
On December 21, 2024, the vehicle was added back as as licensed vehicle, with a new model, refreshed stats, and a new price tag of $10,000,000. However, players were only able to obtain the car by paying 3,500 for a car pack that contained the Koenigsegg Agera RS itself and an extra $1,000,000.
The Agera RS is an advanced version of the Agera R, implementing some of the new technology and features of the One:1 and combining the features of the Agera R and the Agera S. Koenigsegg billed it as "the ultimate track tool" due to its lightweight features and track optimised technologies. The Agera RS produces 450 kg of downforce at 250 km/h. The 5.0-litre V8 engine now has a power output of 1,176 PS (865 kW; 1,160 hp) on regular pump gasoline. The optional 1-megawatt package increases the engine's power to 1,360 PS (1,000 kW; 1,341 hp). The Agera RS was initially going to be limited to 25 units, however another two were built, one being the factory development car and one as a replacement for a customer car damaged while it was being used for shakedown testing.
Performance
TBD
Being as a hypercar that is made for top speed and handling, it performs great on Highway, Drawbridge, Circuit and Cross Country, except Drag due to it not being made for acceleration. It is a good car to buy, however, its successor, the Jesko, performs better than it yet being too buggy.
Oddly enough, its poor acceleration makes it a little bit difficult to use.
