The 2017 Nissan GT-R is a Japanese sports car in Driving Empire.
History
Nissan introduced the GT-R NISMO at the November 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, and managed to lap the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 7:08.679 minutes, making it the world's fastest production vehicle around the ring at the time. Power was increased to 591 hp at 6,800 rpm and 652 Nm (481 lb-ft) of torque at 3,200-5,800 rpm, enabling it to do 0–97 km/h (0–60 mph) in just 2.5 seconds. The gear-ratios did not change in the dual-clutch transmission. Special edition forged alloys by RAYS in 20-inch sizes are included. The standard GT-R's aluminum trunk lid is swapped out for a full carbon fiber panel and additional spot welds and adhesive help strengthen the chassis. A front splitter with carbon fiber air ducts up front add to the special NISMO full aerodynamic package, while a large racing-style carbon wing completes the rear.
Performance
The 2017 Nissan GT-R is not an ideal starter car since its performance isn't worth the price. Below-average on Drag, one of the fastest cars for its price on Highway, worst on Circuit due to its poor handling and brakes and as for Cross Country, same concept as on Circuit. Save up few bucks for a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (2019) instead. Overall, it's only for driving pleasure/a collector's car.
