Overview[]
The 2024 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS (Formerly 2019 Avidore 3.0R, 2022 Prancep 3.0R) is a German sports car that was added to Driving Empire on March 3, 2023, along with the 2019 BKM e8 Roadster, and 2007 Ziblinglo Imperial Fluid. The vehicle was put on sale as a limited vehicle for only 3 days with a price tag of $176,204. As of now, only 122,325 units were sold.
The vehicle was unveiled in 2021. It was the first Cayman to receive the RS treatment which is usually reserved for the 911 models. It used a 4.0 naturally aspirated flat-six derived from the 911 GT3 to generate 500 PS (370 kW; 490 hp; 500 PS) and 450 N⋅m (330 lbf⋅ft). The car also generates 25% more downforce than the GT4 variant, through its swan-neck attachment fixed rear wing.
Performance[]
For its performance as a limited car, it has above-average handling and brakes with an average top speed and below-average acceleration, making this one of the easiest cars to use, but hard to stay consistent with. That said, its performance makes it one of the worst cars to be used on the Drag Race. It also has an average performance on the Highway Race due to its top speed. It also has an above-average performance on the Cross Country and Drawbridge Sprint races. However, its considered to be one of the fastest cars to be used on the Circuit Race. Overall, this is more of a collector's vehicle, considering its performance stats was meant for the racetrack.
