Overview
The 2012 Solitude ETA Track Edition (Formerly Lexa ETA Track Edition, 2012 Lexa ETA Nurburgring) is a Japanese track car in Driving Empire. Little was known about when it was first added, although it was presumed it was added sometime during 2020, costing $759,000. Very few people managed to purchase this vehicle before it went off-sale. It eventually returned on July 9th, 2022, as one of the featured limited vehicles, alongside the 2013 Veloce Typhoon S Spyder, the 1968 Veloce Macchino SV900, the 2021 Veloce F37-R, and the 1964 Mighty Midget. Unlike the rest of the limited vehicles, this was put on sale a day later, and was only available for 12 hours, with its price bumped up to $2,169,996. Despite this, the sheer popularity of the ETA Nurburgring resulted in 46,037 units being sold.
This vehicle was based off of the Lexus LFA Nürburgring Package, the circuit-tuned variant of the Lexus LFA, known as the 2012 Lexa ETA in game, which was introduced in 2010. Its engine produces 563 hp, 10 more than the LFA, and has a recalibrated transmission for faster shifts. It is also equipped with a front splitter, rear wing, aerodynamic canards and more adjustable suspension. It would go on to set the fastest lap around the Nürburgring for a road-legal production vehicle at the time; a 7:14.64. The Nürburgring Package came in four colours: glossy and matte black, race yellow, and white. Although originally only 50 were meant to be produced, the production total was 64.
Performance
In comparison to its ordinary variant, the Nürburgring was one of the best cars for track, with excellent handling and good top speed. In the hands of the best drivers in the game, the LFA could have been a very fierce competitor in circuit and cross-country race.
