Overview[]
The 2014 Tempix Ryft (formerly 2016 Chronos Ryft, Falcon 5.4T ) is an American muscle car in Driving Empire and was added to the game on May 21st, 2022. Although it is one of the cheapest Tempix vehicles currently available for purchase, it still costs $66,999, placing it alongside other sports cars.
This vehicle is based off of the Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R, an enhanced and more limited version of the GT350, introduced in 2015. Extensive weight saving measures make the GT350R weigh 130 kg (286.6 lb) less than the GT350. Changes include the removal of most interior components such as the air-con and stereo, the removal of the exhaust resonators, and being the first car produced by a major manufacturer to use carbon fiber rims as standard. Additional changes aside from the front splitter and rear wing include red painted brake calipers, red pin stripes and GT350R badging. Only 37 were made before it was discontinued in 2021 in favor of the GT500.
Performance[]
The Tempix Ryft's top speed and 0-60 time are average for its price, but where it truly excels is handling. While its listed handling may be around average, the Tempix Ryft is capable of handling corners at high speeds with ease. This ability means that the Ryft can outperform many of its competitors on the corner, being able to drive the circuit corners at high speeds even stock. Stock braking is quick, although stock acceleration has room for improvement.
The Tempix Ryft gains quicker acceleration when maxed, being able to reach its top speed within seconds in a straight line. Braking remains effective, even with a higher top speed. Handling remains strong, being able to take corners with ease, reaching speeds as high as 160-170 mph on some circuit corners.
It is highly recommended that the Tempix Ryft is purchased by new players as a starter vehicle, due to its handling ability, quick acceleration, and quick brakes.
