Overview[]
The 1954 Ziblinglo 2K is a German car that was added to Driving Empire in the Spookfest 2022 event for 8,260 candies. Players could only purchase this vehicle at the Graveyard Dealer (Shadow Graveyard) at the Spookfest location. During the unexpectedly early end of the event, the vehicle did not make enter the dealership as a limited for 24 hours, which makes it one of the two rarest cars from the event alongside the 1963 JB Series 4, and it is also one of the rarest recently introduced cars in the game.
The vehicle is based on a Mercedes-Benz 300 SL, a classic sports car that was manufactured by Mercedes-Benz from 1954-1963. After its production ended, Mercedes-Benz had built 1,400 coupes and 1,858 roadsters. The 300 SL was the fastest road-legal car of its time with a top speed of 163 MPH (262 km/h). Due to its top speed, it was capable of being a sports car racing champion.
Performance[]
In-game, it is one of the worst on Drag and Highway and one of the slowest on Circuit and Cross Country as it possesses a low top speed and acceleration with average brakes and handling. This trait can be seen as a double-edged sword: It's easy to use but it holds itself back in all races. It should be treated as a collector's car and should not be used in any of the in-game races.

Trivia[]
- Prior to a minor patch update, the 300SL's hood was incorrectly hinged on the rear (i.e. opening backwards and up, like most front engine cars). This has since been fixed and now is hinged at the correct position, opening forwards and up.
- Both vehicles, including the 1963 JB Series 4, were not made available as limited editions on November 6, 2022, because Bourgist wanted to increase their rarity.
- The in-game price value for this vehicle is $2,596,623.
- The 300SL is considered by some to be the world's first supercar, while others believe it is the Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic, or Lamborghini Miura
